Hi,

I'm Justin, I'm 40, I'm from Nottingham though have lived in a few different places in the UK as I was a bit of a nomad when I was younger.

Got recruited after Shad sent me a PM on the VG Boards and already like all the people I have met in the guild.

Been playing computer games for about 30 years (started with my Sinclair ZX81) and played a lot of pen and paper RPGs in my teens before they invented proper computers!

Got into the MMO genre with WoW (don't hold it against me!) but left after about a year, though I'm still in touch with a couple of friends I met in that game.

Tried a few different games - EQ2, Aion (my account got hacked!), EvE and most recently Darkfall (great game, shame about the mind numbing skill gind due to no cap and the clunky UI) but Vanguard always seemed like the best PVE game on the market.

I'll post a pic up here as soon as I get one taken wearing my new cowboy hat (fat ageing heavy metal fan FTW!!!).

Hmmm, I'm a thin ageing heavy metal fan that used to live in Nottingham and too was dragged all around to live in different areas when I was younger. Leeds, ollerton, melton mowbray, grantham, sleaford and now Northumberland.

Look forward to the pic........Is it a proper cowboy hat? Or one of those little ones with a fringe and a star on the front? Either way, gotta be worth seeing :-).

Have fun with us Justin and don't be shy asking if you need anything. I'm pretty sure that if you can get your better half into the game, (getting her interested enough to try it is half the battle), the rest of us can help her and make sure she doesn't get frustrated dieing too often........well I say the rest of us, keep her away from Wiseman, (The Geordie Reaper), or she may die even more than she would Solo . If she would like the help, I'm sure a couple of us could even start a new toon on the Isle and give her a hand if we know where and when..........ok, where is obvious, so just when Do you have a PC each? ........... OOh we have a spare gamecode if she decides to start her own account, no use to us, would give her a free months play too. In fact I think we may even have two (We won a couple of box sets via the stratics forum). So if theres three of you we can dig the two codes out if they both like it and fancy sticking around and want their own accounts.
