| I think Ked kind of summed it all up in the chat box on the first key raid pic :-) EVERYONE was absolutely at their best tonight, a real team effort. THAT'S what The midnight Runners is all about for me. Sure we could do this stuff with the help of other guilds, pugs etc, but where's the collective achievement in that? Here we have a bunch of guildies who ALL know each other, many whose first experience this was of raiding, and we pulled it off. No heroes, no one getting a free ride, A total guild team effort with everyone playing an important part. WTG Guys, I'm dead proud of each and every one of us. (even Ybarsi ). A genuine guild achievement that will surely bring us all closer together under the MNR banner. | |

| OOh one other thing, I'm anxious that ALL out tanks get a go at main tanking on raids, that's why I gained Typhoo so fast, with this in mind.
Can I just suggest though that we do have some pre requisites? Those being a full swamp set and enough gear to give a 65.01% mit cap when buffed and in defensive stance, and to off tank on 1 previous raid, just to get an idea of our pace and what to expect.
Our expected Tanking team as I see it up and coming so far is :
Shad Gallin Pavey Kalis
Of course anyone else is more than welcome to join the crew if they want to. All out Tanks trained hard to get where they are though, so everyone deserves the chance to have their turn.
Let's all help and support each other and become a team. We are all on the same side, so no need for any competition and knowing full well how stressy taking constantly can be, can I suggest we each aim to have a 50 alt so we can take a break from it too. | |

| I totally agree and hope all our tanks are happy with that, taking it in turns when they are able etc will be nice for all, there is no main tank in our guild but a selection of tanks, and each and every one of them is as good as the last so I totally agree with shad on this, I really don't want or like the "Main Tank" contantly thing, I think its a bit like saying your not worthy to do the tanking, and its not so nice, same goes for healing were a group of healers one is not important next to the other, all for one and all that stuff. | |
