This ones done using a lot of stuff under is the plain un touched skins tones etc.

You start off with little more than a plastic woman shape no detail no skin no hair makeup dead eyes a doll.


Building your char, as you can see huge difference already, you have skin eyes makeup nails now.


Now you apply your hair, thats right this is all meshes, thankfully these days vicky starts as a plastic model when I first did it, she was a metalised skelly, that was hard work, now its simple. This is wet hair with shading.



Ok so now we pose her, yes you cant see the hair on this one until final render, and this dam forum keep taking my info out.

Bloody thing anyway where was I ... oh yes this looks fine ignoring the hair? No is the answer women do not bend or joint like this there are huge flaws in the model, and if you tried to leave it, the first artist who sees it will jump on you.

So now we say ok like the pose skin hair eyes lets render her, rendering depending on what you are using can take from 5 mins to 2 or more days, when you render it you may think waaa thats awful you need patience, you might have to do it all again, this is rendered at a standard 300 dpi and is 50cm wide comming out at something like 190 cm, you need it big and they can be as big as a gig until you play with them.



Dam again the forum ate my words... ok the top models the fallen angel one is made by shad, the posing facial expressions are really awsome I think. The whole thing is done by him not me, I dont pose sexy :P anyway, the rest is me as he can't do the photoshop bits, but hes really good at the seduction porn whatever poses. ohh yes first one to call it porn gets a slap onthe nose with a slipper this is art they are not real people this takes some doing to get them into that pose, its not a standard out of the box pose and takes hours.

Ok quick skin touch up well half hour, but it needs a lot more but cant be arsed as it takes hours anyhoooo. Here is the step where her skin is more or less decent.



If you eye is good you can see the skin is smoother softer, her eyes and lips show shes not so stiff looking, shes a lot more warm.

Well this was just basically thrown together I normally spend a lot more time days to do them. But this is just a fast demo for those who want to have a go at poser and photoshop.

Poser is fun, I used to have a copy on my last puter, but I got frustrated at the rendering time for it ...

I find that 3dStudio is alot faster to render stuff, but on the other hand a real pain touse if oy are used to Poser... wich is dead simplecompared to 3dStudio.

Ya odd how they vary so much, I have Daz Studio but I think its a long way getting arround what you want when poser is a few clicks, same with carera that really urks me they want you to buy so many programs instead of making it one... well into vue but its fiddly as hell getting the perspective you want, 3D is argggg when you move it left and it shoots three hundred miles in the distance on the right lol. Its making your brain do the opposite to what it wants to do and until you get that vue is .. took me about a week to fathom left is not left and right is not right and front is not front I think....

Rendering times can make you pull your hair out, a basic one in vue im doing just thrown quick together is taking me an hour and a half and thats just a demo one, photoshop is fine if you want cute and non realistic in that sence though and it does people tend to like it or use realistic backgrounds throw the model in and make it all look like like its posterised which is good and has its merrits.

Hmm on that note, you should always be aware photoshop has some little tricks all of its own. And just because an artist says here is a graphic drawing of your dog, dont always take that as fact, unless you actually see him doing it. I see a lot of sales stuff out there picture wise where people have baught "prints" of their houses children and pets.

Examples of little photoshop cheets you could be duped into buying and its not illegal as it comes under the creative licence.

Here is a wee picture of your doggy, easily cut out on a plain background.


And you love him so much you see an internet or artist on the street with pics who then "takes your dog pic home" and vuala next week you get a fully framed light canvas pic of your dog.

This is one that took me two mins to pain im soooo good at painting. Ohh and its on canvas

Not all artists do it but I have seen sea side things very recently done well with a bit more time than I have put in but still done using pretty packages.



Ohh humm I actually like the textarised one perhaps it is art after all lol.. ok whos paying me 100 quid to get your kids prints done?
