Pharoe

One point this lot are definately apw kitted out reason, their health does not move hardly they all rush in with the blind and hardly take a hit, we can die really fast, and I can see two druids blood mage, so the dps here is wicked.

http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=JfusV8cFcYA&feature=related

Paladin
Druid
Druid
Bloodmage
Bard
Psi

Unless they have changed this fight a month ago, these squishies should have died a dam site faster, however the tank dies as pharoe dies ^^ full on dps and tank, ok we can do the same druid psi sorc bard bloodmage, but we have to get the rest of us through as well. Smile more complicated less dps, so would be good to try, tank, druid, sorc, psi, bard and switch out one of all els. Problem here is getting shad through after and dropping the druid.

Does make sense that Druids would shine in this battle. Their ability to cast mana-free group heals with Phenomena Points while simultaneously doing a decent bit of damage to Pharoh is a pretty big deal.

I think a Blood Mage should make a decent Druid stand-in though if they can manage to get blood tribute to trigger pretty often. Same with Disciples and concordant hand.

Yup well we have
Typhoo
nandy
Cyn

Those are our big guns, followed by
Alab
Pred
Ybarsi
Xionn

Then you for all as you are feeding

Bearing in mind all need to get through which means the shami's really are the ones who are dragging and the clerics. Need to scrape us through it I'll leve the dinamics to you lot and bring who ever is needed, as ceris will want to get through, malt is almost ready, scruffy not sure where he comes in group one and two hit wise there. But nandy and typhoo make up the double star fall and stuff.

The druids dammage supprisingly was not as high as I have seen Typhoo achieve his star fall when it goes off nicely can hit in excess of 15k up to 20+

Don't forget if you use Quickening Jolt (from a blood mage symbiote) before Starfall it'll double its damage. Also likely to result in a dead druid from the sudden aggro but hey.

Also I don't think shamans and clerics are that much of a problem. They arent as good at group heals as blood mages, druids and disciples but they can still do a very good job keeping the tank up with their great single target heals.

also top right at the back one of the mobs looks like it has a helf bar over its head (its pretty blurry but on full screen you can see it especially in the last 25% of the fight)

Is this mob engaged in some way?

hmm have to double check but Ty usually starfalls for 18-24k plus has a 25k ish(unsure) dot.

would probably only get them off once in a pharoh fight though, but would be good towards the end after tank has mundo aggro. Also has a nice phenomena group heal but id have to check how often its available cos i can't say i've ever really used it tbh Embarassed so unsure of the refresh without checking. plus a phenomena single target buff.

also have a ten second 100% single target damage shield and a 10 second group no mana/energy consumption buff, also a self use mana regen. Can of course turn into a tree, but then i'm outa the fight completely unless anyone needs something to pee against.

just stuff that may be handy for this particular encounter.

I know I've nagged everyone to death 'bout this already bit I would really, really like to get everyone together for an hour or so to practice coordinating our attacks a bit better on some random mobs somewhere sometime.

I think one of the reasons we kept failing to put out the required damage in TSS is dpsers mostly just 'doing their own thing' and not really trying to stack damage buffs etc with each other to get the numbers up as high as they could be.

well the burn is a vital tactic for us against the APW mobs, after the entrance ing they will be a bit harder and we will have to up our DPS accordingly.

The problem atm is that the dps has been amended to make fights less of a sprint, which will mean mobs like the pharaoh are even harder.

As for GU7 changing some claases damage i doubt it as GU6 was all about correcting the DPS hierarchy... unless ofc they have changed there minds again or are going to uplift everybodies dps...
