sorry ! - open letter to Moonlake

noticed the portal webby taken off, the calender-thread taken out and
Moonlake's initiative for our own picdata bank for interior-design-items also
cancelled ...

just a wild bet, slightly veryfied by a "wandering porridge", Moonlake must
feel overseen, ignored and mistreated concerning her steady and dedicated
work to improve our website.

I am sorry for that, at least for my part in this, which is at least still using and
forwarding outdated links out of my favourite-list and not exchanging these
with the better content Moonlake created.

Can only hope my/our behaviour didn't demotivate her creating informations
and sites for us and the community of all the players around.

Guess I figured this now and I am about to adjust my habbits, which almost
are just habbits and don't intend ignorance nor express disliking Moonlake's
works. Sorry, Moonlake, this wasn't intended as I really like and appreciate
your dedication in design and info-sections. So much of your time and heart
went into all of this. Please, don't give it up, get you some rotten fish and
beat us to the ground.

just an idea ...

how about technically unlocking the forums, setting up a permission setting,
that allows only members of MNR to see and post in the actual threads and
chapters AND switching the linklist to a new thread, public for everyone,
so even visitors may give some feedback.

Ohh Cyn bless, it was not really a hissy fit more a sigh sigh, I figured working for hours then getting over linked, was a mild urk, but no one takes much notice of the website so thaught no point in pushing it on people I was not moodie just a bit bleeech if that makes sense :P

I know I get touchy about linking and things, but can't really make people look at the content I created, If people are happier browsing off guild sites thats fine really, just you know me I tried to get all the content in and such and deliberately did not link some page to keep a check on who was looking and the only complaint about incomplete pages came from outside the guild lolol irony. Some guy seems to use us for crafting.

Perhaps the over fancy slow frunt got on peoples wicks who knows anyway I'll rethink the site see if it merrits going back up or in a different form.

Ty for that though Cyn much appreciated... I think its just the apw discussions that are not *ethical lol* to be bantered arround (not sure why) so perhaps keep guild hunts off the agenda but open the rest is fine, the general chit chat is public though so far.

one problem is: the content, you created IS ALMOST BETTER, than those
links I/we still are using ... just think how much I was turned into wrong
directions following the vanguardcrafters.com-hints for artificers . . . ;-) . . .

Sorry you felt that way moonie. It was an amazing website The swamp armor links helped me a lot and was gonna start the Morfare Book quest, I got into using it for crafting too with the sloop quest information and the apprentice crafter quest giver it was very helpful, easy to find too, i can't find much of anything else on the webby

I also use it all the time, craft quests is nice and I am slowly working through them as Sumin to check the information (long slow process given the attention span i have for crafting these days lol). But you know my feelings as we have discussed it

Its all good so far and I have a few more bits i want to glean that I use now, I am just checking authenticity and making sure its ok to duplicate the info.

I must admit i never realised this was a public forum, I will bear that in mind when posting here in future.

I would just like to add to this that I personally have taken a LOT of very usefull information from your site Moony, especially with the swamp armour and the crafting, it has been a great help to me and i did miss it when it was down as I have gotten into the habbit of logging for bath and bed but checked out the webby in the midlde.

Anyway your doing fantastic work on the site and we (the Cass household) appreciate you for all your hard work and effort
