Insomnia... I am CURED... I think just follow these easy steps
THursday got up late afternoon... stayed awake till friday 8am.
slept 2 hours got up played pc till 4
Slept 2 hours...
Went out at 7 avoided alcohol... (drove so had 2 shandies) returned home, raided chatted to you and Tan etc etc...
DO NOT SLEEP lol... saturday, Went to Chelsea lived on red bull and vodka.. returned home 9pm went to bed and slept through. to 6.. Hopefully now I can adjust back to normality. going for a run later and bed is happening at midnight regardless... | |
