| ouch,  Remember if you get the shivers DON'T wrap yourself up, it means you're already overheating because you have a fever, getting even warmer will make it worse, you actually will need to cool down your core body temperature to stop the shivering. Two paracetamol every 4 hours to lower your temperature and ease the symptoms. Get well soon Ralf. | |
