At this point I'm a bit confused...
Server is still locked, but also 4 of my 6 charachters has a lock on them saying: this character is currently locked because it is beyond your current character limit? What kind of crap is that? I pay every month... I even bought the update. Do they want still more money or what???? What a Face

Think they are sorting it out slowly, were all on lockdown, they can fkr orf lol they get monthly, it could be because of the switch over
hope they iron that out very soon, we all have it though.

well, recently I started downloading everquest II, already told you about it's circumstances ...

did I mention how much I love Steam, it's instability while running other programs and all that ?

than one day in novembre a little package arrived and surprised me with the game "Skyrim",
that I preordered months ago ... yippie bounce

well, recently I started playing Skyrim ... errrm ... downloading 1st, 2nd and 3rd patch I mean ...
loading loading loading ... via Steam ... and ... and ... and ... everquest II disappeared out
of my steam-bibliotheque ...

meanwhile there is a ticket runnung at steam to get back everquest ...

status: everquest downlaod at around 35% ... latest skyrim patch at 26% ...

Well some further bad news, EQ has just had a very big update.......Free to play has been merged with regular servers and also the new expansion has been added. I'm unsure how this is going to affect your download Suspect

My update included the full 7 gig dload but i'm unsure if that was all necessary.

I recall you saying you had an old eq2 copy......could you install that and then see what patches?

Steam and EQ have parted ways though? don't you have to dl it direct from EQ now?

Ralph, right click one program in Steam, pause the update - that will give all the bandwidth to whatever program you wish to update first - I find it strange that your system is unstable with Steam - I've been using it for years and never have a problem - I don't buy physical copies anymore, just digital.

Anyway I'm off to purge the galaxy of the Sith - I'm actually enjoying it - but this maybe due to my Doctor's new magic combination of happy pills and meditation - I'm not half the miserable fuck I was several weeks ago. Wish you guys were here I dread to think of what PUGs I'm going to get with some of the WoW Numpties I've seen around. Term and I are on the same server in TOR but on opposite sides - at least when I get to see him I can say "At last the circle is complete......"!

No idea what server Heth is on.

Anyway have fun in EQ2 folks I'd join you but I played it pretty much for two years I just can't bring myself to go back - though I would like to see the revamped Freeport and Qeynos when its done - wonder if they will still have the faction switching quests when there done - they were fun.

well, since there actually still are tickets changing between steam and me,
I dont really have news, but thats prolly only a matter of 1-2 days ...

Skyrim patch should be ready downloaded tonight ... as soon as the
everquest II is solved, I am going to visit a friend with my puter and
will download there using his better bandwith ... too bad ... practicable
ideas so often pop up late ... ;-) ...
