They are the worse company ever in the history of computers, not only do they take knackered bits people have sent back and then re boxed them as new, they are the worse customer service, they are rude.
I now have a mother board problem but they can shove it I am so fed up to the back teeth of replacing bits now in a brand new build.
All over the net there is complaints about overclockers. Never ever go near them.

Some of the complaints as follows, so it's not just me kev and gill with hate for them:
I bought a motherboard from Overclockers, received it, installed it, only to find it was dead. Oh well I said, that's just a bit of bad luck. So I started the RMA process.
But no quick return here: it's send it back, we'll test it, then we'll decide whether we'llreplace. Seven days before they'd decided it was faulty, and then came the cracker: "We have refunded the product". Called them and asked why I didn't get a replacement - "well we've been having problems with these so we don't recommend you buy one".
Okay... but then they're still for sale on the site. Well, that's someone elses problem, so I bought another board. Got it home, installed it... and it was dead.
Another RMA... another seven days...
And then another board arrives. Install... and yes, nothing.
All in all, two months wasted, no working motherboards.
And now it's three months later and I still haven't been refunded for the postage.
Needless to say I wouldn't recommend.
(PS: Don't believe the reviews on their site. I submitted an (understandable) 1 star review on the board that they recommended I didn't replace - and surprise surprise it was never posted on the site... and the board

On Saturday I made the mistake of buying and external harddrive from Overclockers - got it home and it did not work - took it back to the shop.
I thought they would just relace but was told they test all returned items and it was at their discretion if they acepted as a fault. I was told it would be 7 days before they would look at it and then another 7 days before they would refund my credit card. Checked with the card company and money was taken from them on Saturday. Made a big fuss in the shop and they tested confrimed faulty but still will not give money back!
There were many people in the shop complaining - one person had returned a complete PC and OC had lost it. They do not want to give any formal paper with respect to returns.
Their prices are low and OK if you do not have a problem - however, I would shop from someone else - their service sucks and I will never shop there again.

These are just a few it goes on and on and on, one complained that he baught a whole new computer to build a new build, when he opened the "sealed" packages there was dust scratches and obviously used bits inside the kit, they don't refund and charge you for the privalage of having a broken part..
Stay awayyyyyy stay awayyyyy I hate them I now have a 900 lump of fkn junk sitting on my desk that constantly breaks down.
