ooh seems the billing issue is sorted. heres what TSR-PAULP told me.....
Ok, figured it out, your old accounts (ShazzamKabarr and Rhosyn) are on an old billing profile that basically does charge you VAT since you are paying SOE directly, the new account (DexysMidnight) goes trough something called Global Collect which reports the charge as a local charge which skips the VAT tax, to make the old accounts do the same all I have to do is set it to cancel, let the time run out and when they close re subscribe and that will make you go trough Global Collect and you will pay the £9.49, it has nothing to do with the game creation, its just the subscription plan. So I will set your accounts to NON-RECURRING/CANCEL and when they run out re subscribe them, the close dates for your accounts are as follows:
ShazzamKabarr - 3/10/09
Rhosyn - 3/10/09
When they close just resubscribe.

may be worth anyone with an older account checking their charges as we have been paying an extra £2.50 per account for the past 18 months.
